Independent College's Law Education Should Pay Attention to Practical teaching

应对我国法学教育的困境,法学教育改革的方向是重视实践教学,实现法学的实践性品格。独立学院法学教育因其"三本"地位和民办教育的"独立"性,更应重视实践教学,重视、完善传统的实习制度,重视法学教学对司法考试的适应性,要善于结合社会需要建设特色法学专业。

Response to the plight of legal education in our country, the direction of the reform on legal education is the emphasis on practical teaching to realize the practical character of jurisprudence. Independent college law education, because of its ＂independence＂ in private education, should pay more attention to practical teaching, improve the system of the traditional practice, attach great im- portance to the teaching of law on the judicial examination of adaptability, and be good at meeting the needs of social construction to construct characteristic specialized law major.
