摘要
本文通过对忻州师范学院师范生的调查发现实习支教增长了师范生的学科专业知识和教育专业知识,增强了他们的学习兴趣,但比较而言,对师范生教育专业学习的积极影响明显高于学科专业学习。另一方面,通过对师范生实习支教前后的对比分析,文章就目前师范教育中存在的一些问题提出了以下建议:一、为参加实习支教的学生提供补充教育专业知识的机会;二、增设教育专业课程,提高师范生教育理论水平;三、组织课外学习活动,营造"师范氛围";四、改善公共选修课程,注重师范生通识教育;五、加强学科专业教学,提高教学质量。
Based on the survey of the students in Xinzhou Teachers University , this thesis discusses the influence of the internship practice on students'professional knowledge . It finds that students'professional subject knowledge and education knowledge grow much through the internship practice . T he internship practice also increases the students' interest in the professional subject knowledge and makes them pay more attention to the learning of the professional education knowledge . This thesis also finds that internship practice obviously imposes more positive influence on professional education knowledge than on professional subject knowledge;and that some students give reasonable thought to normal education and self-development , and point out the obvious problems in traditional normal education . There are five suggestions as following :providing students with more opportunities to learn professional education knowledge;increasing the courses of the educational profession and raising the level of the theory ;organizing activities outside the classroom and creating the atmosphere of normal education;improving the public elective courses and consolidating the basis;improving the teaching of the subject profession and the effect of teaching .
