腮腺多形性腺瘤与基底细胞瘤超声表现的比较 被引量:5

摘要 人体的涎腺主要包括腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺。涎腺肿瘤以上皮性肿瘤为主,并以良性肿瘤多见,种类繁杂,临床表现相似,临床鉴别非常困难。由于生物学特性差别很大,某些涎腺良性肿瘤易复发,某些涎腺良性肿瘤具有恶变倾向,因此明确诊断对于治疗方法的选择尤为重要[1]。涎腺良性肿瘤的超声表现缺乏特异性,诊断准确率较低。涎腺良性肿瘤以多形性腺瘤(又称混合瘤)最为常见,单形性腺瘤少见,基底细胞瘤属单形性腺瘤,1967年基底细胞瘤被作为涎腺肿瘤的一个类型逐渐受到重视。本研究拟回顾性分析经手术病理证实的腮腺多形性腺瘤与腮腺基底细胞瘤的超声声像图特征,以提高超声医师对其的认识。
