生态文明视野下云南环境保护的法制保障

云南地区生态环境资源丰富,但近年来经济发展带来的森林资源遭到严重破坏、水土流失、生态系统逐渐弱化等问题不容忽视。云南各级地方政府制定了一系列规章制度,以解决日益严峻的环境问题,但现有保护生态环境的法制体系在立法、执法、司法方面均存在不足。为此,应当从加强云南地区生态环境的立法、完善生态环境的执法和司法,加大环境保护法律法规的宣传力度等方面来真正落实云南地区的生态环境保护,从而实现云南地区社会经济和生态环境保护的和谐可持续发展。

Ecological environment resources is rich in Yunnan province, but in recent years, along with the economic development, forest resources have been seriously damaged, in addition, soil erosion, ecological system gradually weakening problems can not be ignored. The governments at all levels have formulated a series of rules and regulations to solve the increasingly serious envi-ronmental problems, but the overall legal system of ecological environment protection is not perfect and causes environmental problems. Therefore, strengthen the ecological environment of Yunnan province from legislation, improve the ecological environment of law enforcement and judicial, in-crease environmental protection laws and regulations publicity to the real implementation of the protection of the ecological environment in Yunnan province, so as to realize the harmonious sus-tainable development of social economy and ecological environment protection in Yunnan province.
