秦皇岛市绿色酒店现状调研和可持续发展研究

Sustainable Development Countermeasure Research of Catering Services Industry in Qinhuangdao

在界定绿色酒店概念的基础上,以秦皇岛市餐饮行业为调查对象,对市内各类酒店的经营现状进行抽样调查,发现各类酒店存在绿色经营意识和社会责任感有待加强、对健康安全的重视不足、节能减排知识和策略匮乏、服务方式造成严重浪费和污染、资源循环利用水平较低等问题,提出了以政府为主导、充分利用行业协会作用和社会力量、发挥酒店自身积极性的解决方案,从增强酒店绿色意识、引导顾客绿色消费,健全酒店健康安全保障措施体系,强化酒店节能减排意识和能力,积极促进酒店实行资源循环利用四个方面阐释了具体对策。

Based on the def i nition of green hotel, taking Qinhuangdao city catering service industry as the research object, conducted an investigation on the present situation of typical hotels and restaurants＇ green management in Qinhuangdao, found that the green consciousness and social responsibility of hotels should be strengthened; health security was paid less attention to; energy conservation and emissions reduction knowledge was weak; service mode caused serious waste and pollution; resources recycling was at a low level et al problems. Put forward the solutions that guided by the government, making full use of the functions of industrial association and social strength, playing the enthusiasm of the hotel itself. In order to create green hotel, proposed countermeasures and suggestions as follows： creating hotels＇ green consciousness, expanding the propaganda, guiding customers to green consumption; attaching great importance to the hotels＇ health and safety, intensifying the hotels＇ energy conservation and emission reduction, introducing energy-saving technology, strengthening the recycling of resources.
