新建本科院校学报的科学定位和改革路径

Newly-founded Undergraduate College Academic Journals' Scientific Orientation and Way of Reform

伴随我国新建本科院校的蓬勃兴起,新建本科院校学报在建制、编辑队伍建设、内外稿源处理方面出现了种种问题。因此,有必要结合校情、结合社会环境对新建本科院校学报进行科学定位,并从明确学报建制,加强编辑队伍建设,严把内稿质量关、吸引校外优质稿源方面对学报进行改革,以实现学报的科学发展。

With the luxuriantly rise up of newly-founded colleges in China, some problems about organizational system, editorial staff development, internal and external manuscript disposal arose in editorial departments of academic journals, so it is necessary to scientifically orientate the academic journals in combination with the colleges＇ status and the social environment, and to carry out reform on defining editorial departments＇ organizational system, strengthening editorial staff construction, being strict with the internal manuscripts and attracting excellent external manuscripts, in order to fulfill academic journals＇ scientific development.
