全程综合护理对急性冠脉综合征患者心血管不良事件及疗效的影响

Study on the Effect of Multi-factorial Optimized Holistic Nursing on Curative Effect and Adverse Cardiovascular Events of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的探讨全程护理模式对急性冠脉综合征患者心血管不良事件及疗效的影响。方法将100例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行入院到出院1年全程综合护理干预。结果观察组心血管不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性冠脉综合征患者进行全程综合护理,有利于减少心血管不良事件的发生率,提高有效率,减少复发率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Multi -factorial optimized holistic nursing on curative effect and ad-verse cardiovascular events of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Eligible acute coronary syndrome pa-tients were randomly divided into the control group （n=50） and observation group （n=50）.The multi-factorial opti-mized holistic nursing was applied in intervention group , while the patients in control group received routine nursing be-tween admission to the hospital to discharge one year.Re sults The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in obser-vation group were significantly lower than the control group （ P＆lt;0.05 ） , the curative effect in the observation group were significantly better than the control group （ P＆lt;0.05 ） , the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than the control group （ P＆lt;0.05 ）.Conclusions A multi-factorial optimized holistic nursing for patients with acute coronary syndrome,can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events , improve the curative effect , reduce the recurrence rate.
