摘要
作为全球宽松货币政策的副产品,货币竞争性贬值已经成为一种常态。汇率干预成为配合国内财政和货币政策,实现经济发展目标、转移国内政治矛盾的重要战略工具。当前,全球新一轮货币竞争性贬值对新兴经济体的潜在风险正在累积,要警惕"表面上反对竞争性贬值,实际上加速推行货币贬值"的策略性欺骗。全球货币竞争性贬值对我国经济的影响逐步显现,要做好策略应对,并强化汇率问题国际合作与政策协调。
As a byproduct of global loose monetary policy, competitive currency devaluation has become a norm. Exchange rate intervention has become a complex important strategic tool with the domestic fiscal and monetary policies to achieve economic development goals and transfer domestic political conflicts. Currently, the new round of global competitive currency devaluation has been launched, the potential risks of emerging e- conomies are cmnulating. We should be on guard against the strategic deception of ＂surface against competitive devaluations, actually accelerate the implementation of currency devaluation ＂. The impact of global competitive currency devaluation on China＇s economy has gradually emerged, we must make strategies to deal with, and strengthen international cooperation and exchange rate policy coordination.
