社会因素在五年间剖宫产指征中的变化分析

Change and analysis of social factor on cesarean section indication in recent five years

目的探讨社会因素导致剖宫产率升高的原因及降低剖宫产率的对策。方法回顾性分析2008～2012年郑州大学第五附属医院剖宫产率的变化及手术指征的变迁。结果剖宫产率逐年升高，社会因素有成为第一指征的倾向。结论进行健康教育和孕期保健知识培训，加强围生期保健和孕产期监护，可提高自然分娩率。

Objective To explore the cause of the increase of cesarean section rate and the strategy to reduce cesarean section rate. Methods The change of rate and indication in caesarean section in the fifth hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University from 2008 to 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. Results Cesarean section rate was increased year by year,social factor was became the first indication. Conclusion Health education,health knowledge of pregnancy, perinatal care and maternal care can increase the natural delivery rate.
