妊娠期糖尿病的体质辨证及血清中糖脂代谢水平的研究

Study on constitution classification and the level of serum glucose and lipid metabolism with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的体质辨证分型及血清中糖脂代谢水平。方法选取2013年1～10月在本院门诊行正规产检的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇62例，采用问卷调查形式进行中医体质辨证，并采用ELISA法检测研究者血清中糖脂代谢水平。结果所有患者中46例（74．19％）为偏颇体质，16例（25．81％）为平和体质；偏颇体质组的TG、FBG、内脂素、TC及LDL—C均高于平和体质组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组的HDL—C比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论中医偏颇体质孕妇往往容易发展成妊娠期糖尿病，临床需要给予足够重视，并通过检测患者血清中糖脂代谢指标来进行有效判断，以实现尽早诊治。

Abstarct Objective To explore the constitution classification and the level of serum glucose and lipid metabolism with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 62 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus visited out-patient clinic in our hospital from January to October 2013 were selected.The questionnaire was used in constitution classifica- tion and the levels of glucolipid metabolism in the serum were determined by ELISA. Results 46 cases （74.19%）were imbalance type,16 cases （25.81%）were balance type in all patients.TG, FBG,visfatin,TC,LDL-C of imbalance type group was higher than that in balance type group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.HDL-C of two groups was compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Pregnant women in imbalance type prone to occurred the gestational diabetes mellitus,it ought to be given enough consideration in clinic.We can detect the glucolipid metabolism indicator in the serum to achieve early diagnosis and treatment.
