摘要
旅游景区类上市公司的出现打破了我国景区经营由国家行政部门一家独揽的局面,随着旅游业市场化程度的不断提高,对该类上市公司运营效率的评价显得尤为重要.这既是景区类上市公司制定提升其发展水平策略的前提,也是对我国旅游景区市场化经营模式合理性的证明.文章运用DEA分析法对国内12家景区类上市公司的投入产出情况进行分析,并分别从技术效率、规模效率以及纯技术效率方面对其有效性进行了评价,同时就评价中出现的问题提出了相应的改进策略.
The emergence of the scenic spot listed companies has broken the administrative department monopoly situation in scenic area management. With the constant improvement of the tourism market, the evaluation of this kind of operation efficiency of listed companies, which is both the premise of formulating strategy to lift scenic listed companies' level of development and the proof for Rationality of market-oriented management mode of scenic areas, is particularly important. This paper analyzes the input and output situation of 12 domestic scenic listed companies with DEA analysis method, and effectiveness is evaluated respectively from the technical efficiency and scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency. At the same time, relative improvement strategies are put forward.
