摘要 针对当前河流水电梯级开发水质影响评价的局限性进行相应改进,以乌江水电梯级开发(贵州段)为主要研究对象,提出其评价方法:单库判别+整体分析。在库区总体水质水环境容量和控制断面水质计算均满足现状入河量要求的条件下方能判别单库水质达标;同时针对梯级水库建设的累积性影响进行整体分析,包括对自身库区和下游库区水质的累积性影响。 Based on improvements on the limitations of cascade development on water quality evaluation, a new evaluation method "single reservoir judgment combined with analysis of the general water as a whole" is developed regarding Wujiang cascade development of Guizhou province as the case. Specifically, the water quality in single reservoir will be regarded as reaching the standards if the capacity calculations regarding water quality of the whole reservoir and controlled sections both meet the requirements of the current pollutants into the river. And the analyzing accumulative effects include the original and downstream reservoirs.
