摘要 介绍了太阳能光伏驱动直流变速压缩制冷装置的工作原理,同时对制冷装置的电力供应系统、直流无刷压缩机的控制和冷箱的设计进行了阐述。通过实验得出制冷装置有关性能参数的变化曲线,并对曲线变化规律作出分析,证实该装置具有较好的制冷效果和明显的节能性。另外,将装置应用于油气回收中并组成新型油气回收样机,其冷凝部分油气回收率可高达64.2%。 The principle of solar photovoltaic driven DC variable speed compression refrigeration device are introduced, while the power supply system, the control of brushless DC compressor refrigeration device and the design of the cold box are expounded. Curve obtained by experiment about the performance parameters of the refrigemtion apparatus, and the curve of the variation of analysis confirmed that the device has a better cooling effect and a significant energy saving. In addition, the device is used in the oil and gas recovery and formed into new oil and gas recovery prototype and some condense oil and gas recovery rate can be as high as 64.2%.
