摘要
分析了江苏国华陈家港发电有限公司660MW超超临界锅炉降负荷过程中NO x大幅生成的原因,通过优化锅炉风量控制,实现辅助风挡板自动调整降低燃烧区氧量,从而抑制了变负荷过程中NO x大幅生成,可为国内同类型锅炉NO x控制提供借鉴。
In the process of loading down of the 660 MW Jiangsu Guohua Chenjiagang Power Co. Ltd. S ultra su- percritical boiler, NO is generated quickly.the reason is analyzed. Optimization of boiler air volume control and automatic adjustment of auxiliary air damper can reduce the oxygen content in the combustion zone, then the generation of N() is depressed. The method provide a reference for decrease of the generation of the N(L of the domestic same type units in our country.
