Mr.Fang Mengzhi is the famous professor in the Chinese translation circles and pre-chief-editor of Shanghai Journal of Translators.He has made the marvelous achievements in translation theory,applied translation and compiling of dictionaries of translation studies.This article will research into'One Body with Three Rings'by Mr.Fang,introducing its academic background,discussing its main points and elaborating on its significance to the development of translation studies.
