摘要
三相桥式全控整流电路广泛应用于诸多工业领域,是现代同步发电机励磁系统的标准配置。对于大容量的可控硅元件,换相过程中产生的过电压会导致相关设备被击穿损坏。通常采用并联阻容电路以限制换相过电压。为选取最佳的阻容参数,建立了考虑换相过电压的三相桥式全控整流电路模型,并通过某电厂阻容吸收参数和换相过电压录波数据验证了该模型及Matlab仿真的正确性,为后期的研究提供了数学基础。
Three-phase full-bridge controlled rectifier circuit has been widely used in many industrial areas and is a standard configuration of modern synchronous generator excitation system. For the large capacitY SCR compo-nents, the overvoltage generated during commutation may cause damage to the related eauinments. Often a RC cir-cuit is used to limit the overvoltage. In order to select the oytimum RC narameters, a model of the rectifier is built in which the commutation overvoltage is considered. The model and Matlab simulation is verified by RC absorber Parameters and wave record data of commutation voltaze in a Dower Dlant. It provides a mathematical foundation for future research.
