摘要
目的建立一种新型氨水引起的急性咽炎家兔模型。方法采用6%的氨水溶液50μl,缓慢点滴涂抹在家兔咽部黏膜上,一日1次,持续2 d。观察家兔的症状体征、血液学参数、组织学等指标,对家兔咽炎模型进行评价。结果与造模前相比,造模后家兔中性粒细胞明显升高(P<0.01),提示出现炎症反应。与空白组相比,模型组家兔的咽部黏膜及组织病理变化显著,出现明显的炎症特征,提示造模成功。HE染色可见,模型组家兔咽部黏膜上皮增生,有明显炎性细胞浸润。结论该模型建立过程中,对动物损伤小,不引起呼吸抑制,具有模型稳定、成功率高等特点,不失为急性咽炎的一个很好的模型。
Objective To provide a suitable rabbit acute pharyngitis model by using ammonia water. Methods 50 μl 6% ammonia water was dropped onto the surface of rabbit pharyngeal mucosa to make acute pharygitis once a day for two days. The pharyngitis model was evaluated through symptoms, hematology and histology. Results After treatment with ammonia water the rabbit's neutrophils was significantly higher (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group, model group rabbit's pharyngeal and organization was changed significantly. The HE staining showed pharyngeal mucosal epithelial hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration significantly. Conclusion This model is a good model for acute pharyngitis.
