布朗架牵引闭合复位股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果

THE EFFICACY OF BROWN'S FRAME OF TRACTION FOR CLOSED REPLACEMENT IN PROXIMAL FEMORAL NAIL ANTIROTATION IN THE TREATMENT OF INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURES

目的探讨应用布朗架牵引闭合复位股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果。方法应用PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折病人40例，根据Harris髋关节评分评定疗效。结果38例获得6～15个月（平均8个月）随访，骨折全部愈合。Harris功能评分结果显示，所有病人髋关节功能良好。结论PFNA是目前治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折较理想的方法。

Objective To assess the efficacy of Brown＇s frame for proximal femoral nail antirotation （PFNA） and traction in closed reduction for intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Using PFNA,40 senior patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated, and the curative effect was assessed according to Harris hip score. Results A follow-up of （mean） 6-15 （8） months in 38 patients showed all of the fractures healed well, Harris score displayed the function of their hip joints was good. Conclusion Proximal femoral nail anti rotation （PFNA） is now a comparatively ideal method in the treatment of elderly with intertrochanteric fractures.
