我校实施卓越医生教育培养计划的基础与思考

IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAINING PLAN FOR BRILLIANT DOCTORS IN OUR MEDICAL SCHOOL:BACKGROUND AND THINKING

目的分析与思考我校实施"卓越医生教育培养计划"的基础与改革内容。方法分析我校临床医学专业办学水平与成绩,思考人才培养模式改革的具体方法。结果我校临床医学专业具有教学资源丰富、教学改革成绩大、生源质量好、人才培养效益高等基础。要通过创新临床医学专业课程体系和教学内容、改进教学方法与评价方法、完善实践教学环节、构建突出临床基本能力培养的实践教学平台、建设优秀的专业教师队伍等方法实施人才培养模式改革。结论我校具有实施"卓越医生教育培养计划"的基础和条件。

Objective To analyze and think deeply about the background and reform contents of implementing brilliantdoctor cultivating plan in our school. Methods The level of school running and achievement in clinical medicine of our school was analyzed, and the concrete contents of talents training mode was deeply thought. Results The clinical medicine specialties in our school has the following superiority： plenty of teaching resources, excellent achievements in teaching reform, good student source, and high efficiency of talent cultivation. The implementation of talent-training-mode reform should be carried out through innovating curriculum system and teaching content, improving teaching and assessment methods, consummating practical teaching procedures, constructing a practical teaching platform highlighting clinically fundamental skill training, and constructing excellent school＇s teaching staff. Conclusion Our school possesses the foundation and conditions to enforce the plan of ＂education and training of excellent doctors＂.
