摘要
主要介绍了出HRB400热轧带肋钢筋试验方案的制定、试验样品的选取及制备、试验设备的选择,从试样方案、试样结果对比分析等方面对材料屈服点的影响入手,探讨哪种工艺对出HPd3400热轧带肋钢筋的力学性能保证能力较强。
This paper mainly introduced the selection of exprement plan on rolling technology about export HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bars, the selection and preparation of test samples, the selection of test equipment. From the aspects of sample solution, sample analysis of the results on the influence to material yield point, discuss what kind of technology on the export of the mechanical properties of HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bars guarantee ability is stronger.
