摘要
利用六西格玛管理工具，对影响Q345B宽厚板性能一次合格率的流程进行了系统分析改善，通过DMAIC的过程循环，Q345B宽厚板性能一次合格率由93．5％提高到98．05％，取得良好效果。
The processes of Q345B affecting the performance once pass rate of heavy plate have been improved by system analyzed with Six Sigma management tools. The Q345B product performance once pass rate is from 93.5% up to 98.05% through the DMAIC process analysis and continuous improvement, achieved good results.
