摘要
成人生长激素缺乏症 (GHD)的人生长激素(hGH)替代治疗已在美国和欧洲得到批准。本文就目前国际上对成人GHD的诊治作了全面复习。首先叙述了成人GHD病人的症状、体征及诊断。其次对成人GHD用hGH替代治疗的效果,包括身体组分、骨密度、脂质代谢、对心血管的作用、生活质量及行为表现等作了介绍。最后讨论了GH替代治疗成人GHD的剂量、疗效监查及安全性。
The hGH replacernent therapy of
adults with GHD has been proved in Europe and in the USA. This article firstly describes the signs,symptoms and diagnosis of adults with GHD. Then the efficacy of hGH replacernent on the body composition,bone density. lipid
metabolism.cardiovascular effects,quality of life and performance are reviewed. Lastly the dosing. monitoring and safety of hGH replacernent therapy in adults with GHD are discussed.
