摘要 胰岛素通过与胰岛素 受体结台发挥生理作用,胰岛素信号传导从胰岛素受体的激活开始,在细胞内信号分子蛋白的相互作用下,将信号传递下去。本文对胰岛素信号传导通路中重要的信号分子的研究进展作一综述。 insulin exerts its physiological ac- tion by binding with insulin receptor. The activation of insulin receptor is the start of insulin signal transduction. Insulin signal is then transferred through the mteraction of some intracellular signal molecules. This paper reviews the newest studies on some important intracellular molecules m insulin signal transduction passway.
