肺癌头皮转移1例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报道 患者，女，49岁，农民，因“确诊左肺小细胞癌5月余，发现头部肿块3个月”于2013年8月21日入院，患者5个月余前无明湿诱因出现咳嗽、咳痰，咳少许白痰，偶带有血丝，笔间断性，伴有活动后气短，在当地诊所及卫生院予以抗感染及对症治疗，患者病情未见好转后就诊于我院，行胸部CT示：左肺中心型肺癌并上叶阻塞性肺不张。
