高频电波刀手术和冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变疗效比较 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨高频电波(LEEP)刀手术和冷刀宫颈锥切术(CKC)临床应用效果。方法将120例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINⅡ、Ⅲ)患者随机分为两组,A组行LEEP刀术,B组行CKC术,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、脱痂期出血、切口愈合时间、术后切缘状态。结果 A组患者手术时间短于B组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于B组,(P<0.05);两组脱痂期出血B组少于A组,两组术后切口愈合时间、切缘愈合状态无显著差异。结论认为对于CINⅡ、Ⅲ级患者,LEEP刀手术与冷刀锥切均可作为首选。
