摘要
针对国内大多数航空企业中存在的质量管理体系与适航设计保证系统关系的困惑,阐述了两者的概念、目的、范围、文件体系、关注重点内容,通过对两者的关系进行分析和探讨,给出了航空企业在现有质量管理体系下构建适航设计保证系统的建议。
As the puzzlement of the relationship between quality managenment system and airworthiness design assurance system in most civil aviation companies, this article described the concept, purpose,documents and focus of these two systems. provided suggestion how to build airworthinese design assurance system under quality management system which present implement in aviation companies through analyzing and discussing relationship between these two systems.
