乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌细胞粘附分子与雌、孕激素受体表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌( invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)和浸润性小叶癌( invasive lobular carcinoma ILC)组织中细胞粘附分子和雌、孕激素受体( estrogen receptor, ER;progesterone receptor, PR)表达的意义。方法:采用免疫组化法( lobeled streptavidinbiotin, LSAB)检测了 42例乳腺浸润性癌( 32例 IDC和 10例 ILC)组织中 E-cadherin,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin和 ER、 PR的表达。结果: E-cadherin在 IDC和 ILC中表达缺失和明显减少的分别占 18.7%和 30%,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin在 IDC中表达缺失和明显减少的分别为 75% , 43.8%和 81.3%,在 ILC癌组织中的表达缺失和明显减少率为 70% , 50%和 80%。α-catenin和β-catenin在 IDC中的表达有明显的正相关性 ;γ-catenin在乳腺浸润性癌中的表达缺失和明显减少与淋巴结转移病例之间有显著的关系。 ER和 PR在 IDC中表达有明显的正相关性。结论:除 E-cadherin外,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌中表达明显缺失和减少。γ-catenin表达缺失和明显减少可作为乳腺浸润性癌伴有淋巴结转移的一个预后指标。 ER、 PR与 E-cadherin,α-catenin,β-catenin。 Objective: This study was designed to investigate the cell adhesion molecule, estrogen receptor (ER), and progesterone receptor (PR) expression and their significance in invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) and invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC)of breast. Methods: Immunohistochemistry staining (labeled streptavidin-biotin method) was used to detect E-cadherin,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin, ER and PR expression in breast invasive carcinoma (32 cases of the IDC and 10 cases of the ILC). Results: The expression rates of E-cadherin,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin showing loss or mostly reduced in IDC were 18.7%, 75%, 43.8% , and 81.3% , respectively. The expression rate of E-cadherin,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin expression showing loss and mostly reduced in ILC were 30%, 70% , 50% , and 80% , respectively. There was a positive relationship between the expression ofα-catenin andβ-catenin in IDC.γ-catenin expression showing loss and mostly reduced in breast invasive carcinoma was associated with the presence of lymph node metastasis. ER expression correlated with PR expression in IDC. Conclusion: In contrast to E-cadherin expression,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin expression may be almost identical in ILC and IDC, which is showing loss and mostly reduced protein expression in carcinoma cells of breast invasive carcinoma.γ-catenin expression showing loss and mostly reduced is a predictor for the presence of lymph node metastasis. ER, PR and E-cadherin,α-catenin,β-catenin,γ-catenin expression may be two kinds of independent prognostic markers for breast invasive carcinoma.
