桃红四物汤加减预防奥沙利铂神经毒性疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 奥沙利铂为第3代铂类药物，前期临床研究证实对大肠癌疗效突出，对胃癌、卵巢癌和非霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效较好，而且血液毒性较轻，无肾毒性，但外周神经毒性发生率高达82％，常影响化疗的临床治疗，甚至导致患者停药。因此如何预防奥沙利铂的神经毒性已引起临床医生的极大关注。
