摘要
目的:通过对广西植物园薄荷的7个培育品种挥发油进行分析,探究不同品种薄荷挥发油的组成特点。方法:在受控条件下对7个薄荷品种进行统一培养4个月,采用顶空气象-质谱联用的方法,通过Agilent 6973 network化学工作站检索,Nist库和WILLEY库进行图谱解析,对不同品种薄荷进行检测。结果:7种薄荷共检测到81种成分,其中BH1主要由β-Phellandrene(8.25%)、Eucalyptol(30.08%)、3,8-p-Menthadiene(13.27%)组成;BH2主要由Limonene(22.12%)、Eucalyptol(17.66%)、Carvone(17.98%)组成;BH3主要由β-Phellandrene(18.38%)、Limonene(7.57%)、Eucalyptol(30.63%)、Carvone(19.13%)组成;BH9主要由Eucalyptol(9.52%)、Menthol(36.88%)组成;BH93主要由Limonene(27.56%)、Eucalyptol(11.22%)、Carvone(36.58%)组成;BH95主要由α-pinene(9.26%)、Limonene(14.89%)、Eucalyptol(13.69%)组成;BH98主要由α-pinene(9.41%)、Eucalyptol(15.94%)、Pulegone(36.27%)组成。结论:7个不同品种薄荷挥发油组成各不相同,表明其挥发油组成受遗传因素影响,本研究为不同品种薄荷的开发利用提供偏大数据。
This study was aimed to determine volatile oil from 7 cultivars of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. and to find the characters of their compositions. Determination of the composition of its volatile oil was conducted by headspace GC-MS after 4-month growth under a uniform culture condition. Through searching on the chemistry workstation of Agilent 6973 network, Nist & WILLEY, standard graphs were compared for the determination of different types of M. haplocalyx Briq. The results showed that a total of 81 kinds of compounds were detected from 7 kinds of M. haplocalyx Briq. Among them, BH1 was mainly composed by β-Phellandrene(8.25%), Eucalyptol(30.08%), and 3,8-p-Menthadiene (13.27%), BH2 was mainly composed by Limonene (22.12%), Eucalyptol (17.66%), and Carvone (17.98%), BH3 was mainly composed by β-Phellandrene (18.38%), Limonene (7.57%), Eucalyptol (30.63%), and Carvone(19.13%), BH9 was mainly composed by Eucalyptol (9.52%) and Menthol (36.88%), BH93 was mainly com-posed by Limonene (27.56%), Eucalyptol(11.22%), and Carvone(36.58%), BH95 was mainly composed by α-pinene (9.26%), Limonene (14.89%), and Eucalyptol (13.69%), BH98 was mainly composed by α-pinene (9.41%), Euca-lyptol (15.94%), and Pulegone (36.27%). It was concluded that volatile oil from 7 cultivars compositions had plenty of diversity, which suggested that the genetic factors had influence on their volatile oils. This study provided basic data for further development and application of different kinds of M. haplocalyx Briq.
