摘要
采用臭氧氧化法对造纸荧光增白剂生产废水进行实验研究,对氧气流量、氧化时间和pH值等影响因素进行了优化。研究结果表明,当氧气浓度为60L/h,氧化反应时间为50min,pH为6,CODCr去除率达到63.5%,浓度由850mg/L降到310mg/L,水的色度由800倍降到100倍。臭氧处理方法可以很好的去除水中残留的荧光增白剂。
An oxidation method was applied to fluorescent whitening agent wastewater produced by a papermaking company, and three influence variables under laboratory conditions including the dosage of oxygen, the oxidation time and pH were studied, then the optimizing condition was chosed. The expermiental results showes that it is feasi- ble to use the catalytic oxidation method for the fluorescent whitening agent wastewater. When the oxygen amount is 60L/h, oxidation reaction time is 50min, pH is 6, the effluent CODcr removal reaches above 60% , and concentra- tion of CODcr is below 300mg/L, the chromaticity of wastewater reduces down to 100 times from the first 800 times. The fluorescent whitening agent left in the wastewater can be removed well by ozonation method.
