摘要
介绍了采用低压射流曝气改良氧化沟系统处理造纸中段废水的工艺流程及调试运行,并针对该厂在运行中出现的问题,经现场综合调查分析,对系统故障采取了有效的解决办法,使系统恢复正常,出水水质达到了《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544—2008)的要求。
An improved oxidation ditch process using low-pressure jet aeration system was selected to treat interme- diate stage wastewater in papermaking process. The process flow, commissioning and operation of the system were presented. After on site investigation and laboratory analysis, effective solutions to the problems emerged in the op- eration were adopted. The system gradually returned to normal, the quality of discharged water can meet the Dis- charge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry (GB 3544 -2008).
