摘要
黄芩味苦性寒,能清热燥湿、泻火解毒,主要成分为黄芩苷等。现代药理研究发现,黄芩及其有效成分黄芩苷具有防晒作用。黄芩的防晒作用体现在光保护性方面,尤其可减轻长波紫外线(UVA)、中波紫外线(UVB)对皮肤细胞的损伤作用。黄芩苷可加速诱导光产物的形成,抵抗氧化应激,减少光产物的表达,起到抗氧化等防晒作用,并能吸收紫外线能量,抑制成纤维细胞分泌相关炎症因子,以缓解细胞老化。
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is bitter and cold. It can clear heat, dry dampness and detoxify. Its main component is Baicalin. Modem pharmacological studies have found skullcap and its active ingredient baicalin have the effect of sun pro- tection. Sun protection of Scutellaria reflects in radiation protection aspects, especially reducing the damage of UVA, UVB to skin ceils. Baicalin can accelerate the formation of induced photoproducts, resist to oxidative stress, reduce expression of light products, play a role in antioxidant sunscreen and absorb ultraviolet energy and suppress cell secretory fibers into inflamma- tory factors to alleviate the cell aging.
