高血压病主要病位在肝肾,与心、脾、肺有关,病证复杂,病机为虚实夹杂。临证常分为肝火亢盛、肝阳上亢、阴阳两虚、痰湿壅盛等型,采用八纲辨证、脏腑辨证、气血津液辨证、经络(冲任论治)辨证等论治。最新提出的血脉辨证对无症状型高血压病有一定疗效,综合辨证则能体现中医学"三因制宜"思想。临证时各法应相互联系与贯通,进行全方位、多因素分析,严格把握高血压病的证候特点,做到准确辨证,选方用药。

The disease location of Hypertension mainly concerns liver and kidney, and related closely with heart, spleen and hmg. Its syndromes are complex with intermingled deficiency and excess in pathogenesis. It is often divided into different syndromes such as overabundant liver-fire, hyperactivity of liver yang, deficiency of both yin and yang, abundant phlegm- dampness and so on. The methods of the differentiation of eight principal pattems, viscera, qi-blood fluid, meridian （accom- panied from Chong-Ren theory） are adopted to diagnose and treat the disease. The latest reported blood-pulse differentiation has certain curative effects on asymptomatic hypertension. The comprehensive differentiation reflects the ideology of tradition- al Chinese medicine ＂three categories of etiologic factors＂. In clinic, these methods are interconnected to have a full range, multi factor analysis, strictly grasp the syndrome characteristics, achieve accurate syndrome differentiation and select proper prescription.
