增液解毒冲剂干预放射性肺损伤及对血清转化生长因子-β1的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨增液解毒冲剂在放射性肺损伤中的预防作用及其机制。方法将肺癌、食管癌患者共80例作为本研究的切入点。设立中药加放疗组(观察组)和单纯放疗组(对照组),各40例,2组均行三维适形放疗,实验组同时给予增液解毒冲剂口服。记录住院期间2组放射性肺损伤发生情况,并对患者治疗前后血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平进行检测。结果观察组放射性肺损伤的发生率26.67%,3~4级发生率6.67%,平均发生时间31d,均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。放射治疗后对照组血清TGF-β1明显升高,观察组治疗后血清TGF-β1含量较对照组低,差异有统计学意义。结论增液解毒冲剂能有效防治严重性急性放射性肺损伤的发生,其机制可能在于降低放射治疗过程中TGF-β1的表达水平。 Objective To investigate the prevention effect and mechanism of Zengye Jiedu Granule on radiation-induced pulmonary injury. Methods Eighty patients with lung cancer or esophagus cancer were divided into two groups. 40 cases were treated by radiotherapy and ' Zengye Jiedu Granule '( treatment group). Another 40 cases were treated only by the radio- therapy (control group). Radiation-induced pulmonary injuries in two groups were observed. The plasma transforming growth factor B1 and TGF-β1 were examined before and after the treatment. Result The total incidence rate of acute radiation pneumonitis in the treatment group was 26.67 %. Grade 3 or 4 acute radiation pneumonitis occurred in 6.67 % of patients. The average onset time of acute radiation pneurnonitis was 31days. These figures in the treatment group were better than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). Plasma TGF-β1 level ' increased significantly in control group after radiotherapy. The level of TGF-β1 in treatment group was lower than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Zengye Jiedu Granule is effective in preventing the occurrence of acute radiation pneumonitis. It's possible mechanism may be decrease the expression of TGF-β1 in the process of radiotherapy.
