平衡针治疗睡眠障碍在骨科术后患者中的应用

Application of balance acupuncture for patients with sleep disorder after orthopedic surgery

目的评价平衡针治疗睡眠障碍技术在骨科术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取骨科术后伴有睡眠障碍患者70例,随机分为2组,各35例,治疗组给予平衡针结合舒乐安定按需口服治疗(PRN),对照组单予舒乐安定按需口服治疗。采用失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)评分及对给药次数、平均住院天数、平均住院费用进行评价。结果 2组治疗后ISI评分均下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均给药次数治疗组(4.20±0.76)次,低于对照组的(5.13±0.45)次(P<0.05),平均住院天数、住院费用治疗组和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论平衡针治疗睡眠障碍在骨科术后患者中的应用,可激发患者机体内在潜力,调节脏腑及营卫气血,提高睡眠质量,减少西药用量。

Objective To evaluate balance acupuncture treatment for patients with sleep disorder after orthopedic surgery. Methods 70 patients of sleep disorders after orthopedic surgery were selected. They were randomly divided into 2 groups （35 cases in each group）. The treatment group received balance acupuncture combined with estazolam prescribed to oral needed （PRN）. The control group was given estazolam only. The insomnia severity index scale （ISI） was used. The frequen- cy of administration, the average length of hospital stay and the average cost of hospitalization were evaluated. Results The ISI scores after treatment were decreased in two groups and the difference between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） .The average frequency of administration in the treatment group （4.20 ± 0.76）is lower than that in the control group （ 5.13 ±0.45） （ P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group and the control group have no statistical difference in the average length of stay and cost of hospitalization（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Balance acupuncture for patients with sleep disorder after orthope- dic surgery can stimulate the body potential, regulate internal organs, Ying Wei Qi and blood, improve sleep quality and re- duce the amount of western medicine.
