中西医结合治疗妊娠合并乙型病毒性肝炎

Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for pregnancy with viral hepatitis B

目的探讨中西医结合对妊娠合并乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的临床意义。方法选取妊娠合并乙肝患者62例,随机分为治疗组31例,采用中西医结合方法治疗(重楼、白术、杜仲、续断、古拉定等),对照组31例采用拉米夫定、古拉定治疗,观察治疗前后2组肝功能、乙肝五项检测,药物不良反应及孕胎儿孕围期监测指标,评价2组临床效果。结果各组谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早产治疗组1例,对照组2例,治疗12个月,总有效率治疗组96.77%,对照组83.87%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妊娠合并乙肝能拮抗抑制乙肝病毒复制,保胎、固胎,保护肝脏功能。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine therapy for pregnancy with viral hepatitis B（HBV）. Methods Sixty-two eases of pregnancy with hepatitis B were randomly divided into clinical group （31 cases with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine therapy：Fleas, Atractylodes, Eucommia bark, Dipsacus, Gum） and control group （31 cases with Lamivudine, Gura controls）. The liver function, hepatitis B five de- tection, adverse drug reaction and monitoring indicators in fetal pregnant period in two groups were observed before and after the treatment. The clinical effects of both groups were evaluated. Results The cereal transaminase （GPT）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, the HBsAg, HBsAb HBeAg, HBeAb and HbcAb have comparative differences before and after treatment with statis- tical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. The difference in two groups after treatment was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. There is one case of premature delivery in clinical group and two cases in control group. The total efficieneies are 96.77 % （clinical group） and 83.87 % （control group） after 12-month treatment （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for pregnancy with hepatitis B has the effects of Inhibiting hepatitis B virus replication, tocolysis and protecting the liver.
