摘要
目的通过化学合成法制备4′-去甲峨参内酯并探讨不同浓度4′-去甲峨参内酯对宫颈癌细胞HeLa和骨肉瘤细胞MG-63增殖的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度的4′-去甲峨参内酯对宫颈癌细胞HeLa和骨肉瘤细胞MG-63增殖的抑制作用。结果 4′-去甲峨参内酯对宫颈癌细胞HeLa和骨肉瘤细胞MG-63的IC50值分别为35.58μg/mL和57.89μg/mL。结论 4′-去甲峨参内酯对宫颈癌细胞HeLa和骨肉瘤细胞MG-63增殖具有明显的抑制作用,其机制可能与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。
Objective To prepare 4'-demethyl-4-deoxypodophyllotoxin by chemical synthesis and explore the anti-tumor ef- fect of its different concentration on proliferation of Hela cells and MG-63 osteosarcoma cells.Methods The anti-tumor ac- tivity of 4'-demethyl-4-deoxypodophyllotoxin in the HeLa cells and osteosarcoma cells MG-63 was tested by MTY assay. Re- stilts IC50 for the HeLa cells and osteosareoma cells MG-63 are 35.58 μg/mL and 57.89 μg/mL. Conclusions 4'- demethyl-4-deoxypodophyllotoxin has evident inhibition to HeLa cells and osteosarcoma cells MG-63. The mechanism may be related to inducing apoptosis of tumor cells.
