干燥综合征中医辨证治疗研究进展

The Research Progress of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in Sjogren syndrome

中医认为,干燥综合征以阴虚为本,燥热为标,虚实夹杂为病理基础,燥、痰、瘀、毒互结是本病的病理关键,久病入络是其发展的常见趋势。中医辨证分为:以脏腑辨证为主,从脾、肝、肺、肾论治;以气血津液辨证为主,从气、血、阴津、痰瘀、瘀热论治;以三焦辨证为主,从上、中、下三焦论治。治以滋阴润燥为主,佐以除湿、化痰、祛瘀、解毒、通络等法。

The root cause and symptom of Sjogren syndrome are Yin deficiency and dryness-heat according to TCM. The pathologic basis is intermingled deficiency and excess. Dryness, phlegm, stasis, toxin stasis are the keys of the disease pathol- ogy. Pathogen intruding into collateral in protracted disease is the common trend of its development. TCM syndrome differen- tiation based on internal organs （treatment from the spleen, liver, lung, kidney）, on Qi blood syndrome differentiation （treat- ment from Qi, blood, body fluid, phlegm, stasis heat） and on triple energizer differentiation （ treatment from upper, middle and lower energizer） are adopted. Nourishing yin for moistening dryness treatment accompanied by xeransis, reducing phlegm, removing blood stasis, detoxification, unblocking collaterals method should be used.
