摘要
分析了车灯产品在生产过程中产生缺陷的原因,运用Moldflow进行熔接线、翘曲和冷却系统的模拟。根据模拟结果,优化了产品,避免了缺陷的产生。通过总结生产实践经验,在生产工艺、产品设计及模具设计各方面提出解决车灯产品的缺陷方法,有效地减少了产品缺陷,提高了产品质量和生产效率。
While reasons of defects in the lamp production warp and cooling system were simulated with Moldflow. process were analyzed, wield line, Products optimization and defects reduction were achieved with the simulation results. By summarizing the production experience, ways in production technology, product design and mould design in order to reduce defects in lamp production were proposed. In this way, quality and efficiency were improved at the same time.
