摘要
目的预防、控制和消除汽车零部件生产企业建设项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法采用类比法、检查表法、经验法和综合分析法对云浮市某汽车零部件生产企业职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度和拟采取的职业病危害防护措施进行评价。结果该建设项目生产后可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声、高温、化学毒物等,类比企业工作场所噪声合格率55.0%,粉尘最大短时间接触浓度为13.3 mg/m3,湿球黑球温度、主要化学毒物浓度均在国家职业接触限值范围内;项目选址、总体布局、生产工艺和生产设备布局、职业病危害防护设施和建筑物卫生学等基本符合国家有关要求。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重建设项目,在初步设计和施工设计阶段如能进一步补充和完善职业病防护设施,建立健全职业卫生管理制度,真正落实到设计、施工中,该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的。
[ Objective] To prevent, control and eliminate the occupational hazard factors in the construction project of an automobile parts production enterprise. [ Methods] Based on the analogy method, checklist method, experience method and comprehensive a- nalysis method, the type and degree of occupational hazard factors, and the proposed control measures for occupational hazards were evaluated. [ Results ] The possible occupational hazards of this project mainly included dust, noise, high temperature and chemical poisons. In the workplaces of analogical enterprises, the qualified rate of noise was 55.0%, the short term exposure limit (STEL) of the dust was 13.3 mg/m3, while the wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT) index and the concentrations of the main chemical poisons accorded with the national occupational limits. The construction location, the general layout, the production technology and production equipment layout, occupational hazards protection facilities, and buildings hygiene met the relevant national require- merits. [ Conclusion] This construction project is assessed as the project with serious occupational hazards. It is necessary to further supplement and perfect the occupational hazards protection facilities in the preliminary design and construction design stage, estab- lish the comprehensive occupational health management system, and implement them in the design and construction. On this under- standing, the occupational hazards of this project can be prevented.
