摘要
目的通过对滨州市滨北工业园某企业液化气叠合项目在正常生产过程中产生的职业病危害进行分析、评价,确定其危害程度以及防护措施的控制效果,保证其投产后符合国家职业卫生法律和标准。方法现场职业卫生调查,并对职业病危害因素进行采样、检测,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响。结果该建设项目职业病危害因素为煤尘、化学毒物(液化石油气、溶剂汽油、非甲烷总烃、硫酸、一氧化碳、甲醇)、物理因素(噪声、高温),其中煤尘检测样品12个、化学毒物检测222个,噪声检测78个,高温检测3个,检测浓度或强度的合格率为100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业卫生防护基本符合相关规定要求,职业病危害控制措施有效。
[ Objective ] To analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards during the normal production process of a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG} composite production project in Binbei Industrial Park of Binzhou City, determine the extent of harm and the control effect of protection measures, and ensure the production conform to the national occupation health laws and standards. [Methods]The field occu- pational health investigation was conducted. The occupational hazard factors were sampled and detected, to analyze the damage de- gree and effect on the health of workers. [ Results ] The occupational hazards in this construction project were coal dust, chemical toxicants (liquefied petroleum gas, solvent naphtha, non-methane hydrocarbons, sulfuric acid, carbon monoxide, and methanol} , and physical factors ( noise and high temperature }. The investigation involved 12 samples of coal dust, 222 samples of chemical toxicants, 78 sites of noise, and 3 sites of high temperature, and the qualified rates of concentration { intensity} were 100%. [ Conclusion] This project is the construction project with serious occupational hazards. The occupational heahh protection facilities meet the related standards and requirements basically, and the control measures are effective.
