沙门菌检测WS平板易碎菌落法和常规法对比试验 被引量:1

Comparison of WS friable colony method and conventional methods in detection of Salmonella

摘要 目的验证WS平板易碎菌落法在肠道带菌检测沙门菌的检出效果。方法将健康体检肠检标本在SF增菌后接种WS平板分离,再按常规法、易碎菌落法分别挑选菌落鉴定。结果 13278份肠检标本中,共检出106株沙门菌。其中常规方法检出101株,检出率0.761%,易碎菌落法检出102株,检出率0.768%。2种方法检出率对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.005,P>0.05)。敏感性对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.116,P>0.05);常规法挑选疑似菌落1375珠检出101珠,易碎菌落法挑选疑似菌落104株检出102珠,特异性对比易碎性菌落法99.98%,常规法90.33%,(P<0.005)差异有统计学意义。结论 WS平板易碎菌落法方法简单、特异性高明显优于传统常规法,值得在大规模健康体检中推广。 Objective To verify the effect of WS friable colony method in detecting Salmonella in intestional tract. Methods The intestinal specimens of healthy persons were separated on WS plate after SF enrichment,then the suspected colonies were identified by the conventional methods and the friable colony method. Results There were 106 Salmonella strains in 13278 intestinal samples. One hundred and one Salmonella strains were found by conventional methods,the detection rate was 0. 761%,while 102 Salmonella strains were found by the friable colony method,the detection rate was 0. 768%. Both the detection rates and the sensitivity of the two methods had no significant statistical difference( χ^2= 0. 005,P〈0.05; χ2= 0. 116, P〈0.05). But the specificity difference of the two methods had statistical significance( χ^2= 0. 116,P〈 0. 005). Conclusion WS friable colony method is simple with better specificity than the traditional convention methods,so it is worthy of promotion in large-scale physical examination.
