多层螺旋CT在茎突综合征中的临床诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)技术对茎突综合征(SPS)的临床价值。材料与方法:对我院36例临床拟诊茎突综合征的患者进行螺旋CT容积扫描并通过CT容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)技术测量茎突长度、偏斜角度。结果:36例患者(72侧)茎突均清晰显示,其中茎突长度大于3cm者39侧(54.1%),茎突向内偏斜角大于25°者29侧(40.2%),茎突向前偏斜角大于25°者26侧(36.1%),分节型茎突8侧(11%),茎突韧带骨化3例(4.1%)。结论:茎突过长、偏斜角异常和分节型茎突是诊断茎突综合征重要依据,16层螺旋CT容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)重组为诊断SPS提供重要依据,同时对拟手术患者具有重要指导价值。 Purpose: To explore the value of styloid process t using MSCT with volume rendering , multi- planar reconstruction techniques in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome(SPS). Materials and Methods: Thirty-six pa- tients suspected with appendicitis were studied retrospectively. All the cases were performed with volume rendering, multi-pla- nar reconstruction, the length and deviated angle of styloid process were measured. Results: All of 36 cases (72 sides) were showed clear, 39 sides showed the length longer than 3 cm (54. 1% ) , the oblique angle of styloid process was deviated inter- nally more than 25~in 29 sides(40. 2% ) , deviated anteriorly angle more than 25~in 26 sides (36. 1% ) , 8 sides showed segmented styloid process ( 11% ), and 3 sides styloid ligaments ossification (4. 1% ). Conclusion : Over-length, abnormal deviation of the oblique angle of styloid process and segmentation are important criteria in the diagnosis of SPS, helpful infor- mation could be provided by multiple-detector spiral CT with volume rendering, muhi-planar reconstruction techniques, at the same time provided more information for the clinical operative.
