摘要
目的:分析探讨骨髓异常信号对椎体外伤压缩性骨折的诊断意义。材料与方法:收集20例椎体外伤压缩性骨折和15例椎体退行性变扁的MR资料进行回顾性分析阅片,分别观察并统计两组病变椎体内出现的长T1、长T2骨髓异常信号影的多少,并对结果进行t检验。结果:发现压缩性骨折比退行性变,椎体内更多地出现骨髓异常信号(P<0.01)。结论:骨髓异常信号是诊断椎体外伤压缩性骨折的一个重要证据,应予充分重视。
Purpose: To analyse MR diagnostic significance of bone marrow abnormal signal in traumatic compression frature of spine. Materials and Methods: The MR imagines of two groups of flattening veterberal bodys were analysed retro- spectivly in this article. Group 1 (20 cases) were caused by trauma, Group 2( 15 cases)were caused by retrogression. Au- thor viewed the abnormal findings of bone marrow signal of the vertebral bodys (hypointense on T~ WI, hyperintense on Z2 WI) in the two groups. The frequenc of the two groups of abnormalities were recorded and done statistical treatment. Results: The frequenc of abnormalities were signfically different between Group 1 and Group 2 ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : The bone marrow abnormal signal is a important evidence for traumatic vertebral compression fracture, so it should be paid attention to at the time of diagnosis.
