冠状动脉起源异常的双源CT冠状动脉成像影像表现分析

Analysis Anomalous Origin of Coronary Arteries Imaging Findings of Dual-source CT Coronary Angiography

目的:探讨非先天性心脏病患者行双源CT(dual-source computed tomography,DSCT)冠状动脉成像检查显示冠状动脉起源异常的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2012全年行冠状动脉双源CT检查的2406例成人影像资料。结果:2406例冠状动脉CTA中,检查出冠状动脉起源异常42例,检出率为1.7%;其中右侧冠状动脉开口异常24例,两支冠状动脉同时开口异常2例;左侧冠状动脉开口异常16例。结论:双源CT冠状动脉成像检查可以清晰显示冠状动脉起源异常及走形。

Purpose： To explore the diagnostic value of non-congenital heart disease （CHD） which underwent dualsource CT coronary angiography examination abnormal coronary artery originating. Materials and Methods： We retrospec- tively analyzed the image data of 2406 adult patients who underwent DSCT coronary angiography from January 2012 to Dec 2012. Results： 2406 patients who underwent DSCT coronary angiography had no CHD. Anomalous origin of the coronary artery was detected in 42 of the patients, with an incidence of 1. 7% , of whom 24 had anomalous origin of the right coronary artery, 2 had anomalous origin of both coronary arteries, and the other 16 had anomalous origin of left coronary artery. Conclusion：The coronary anomalous origins and courses could be demonstrated clearly on dual source CT angiography.
