世界银行—云南省妇幼卫生扶贫资金研究的设计及方法学特点

A Study of the Maternal and Child Health Poverty Alleviation Fund in China: Study Design and Methodologies,

世界银行—云南省妇幼卫生扶贫资金为了确保预期目标的实现及研究的科学性,除了常规的研究设计外,还特别采用了妇幼卫生相关的生育健康领域中正在兴起的一种研究方法——运作式研究。此外,将世界银行—云南省妇幼卫生扶贫资金研究视为一个特殊的项目,又采用了发展领域及项目工作的一种有效工具——参与性规划。在简要回顾了这两种国内尚未广泛使用的研究方法之后,阐述了世界银行—云南省妇幼卫生扶贫资金研究设计的总体考虑。

This paper describes the study design and methodologies of an operations research entitled'A study of the maternal and child health poverty alleviation fund( MCH PAF) in China', undertaken from 1995 through 1999. Operations research and participatory planning were employed in order to empower the poorest in poverty areas and the health providers at the grassroots level,and to ensure the achievement of the expected outputs and impact of the MCH PAF.
