摘要
为了更好的利用球孢白僵菌进行生物防治,室内测定了白僵菌菌株D1-5分生孢子的萌发条件.主要探究白僵菌菌株在温度、pH、紫外强度三个不同处理条件下的极性检测;记录白僵菌在各项指标下的萌发率数据.结果表明分生孢子在26℃下萌发率最高,可达到90%;最适pH为6~7,白僵菌在pH 4~5时菌丝生长最旺盛,pH 6.0时最适于产孢.波长为280 nm的紫外线对白僵菌孢子杀伤力较大,并造成毒力下降.以上结果为田间防治玉米螟提供最适条件,以期达到最好的防治效果.
In order to make better use of Beauveria bassiana,the conditions of conidia germination for D1-5 Beauveria bassiana was measured in the lab. The main aim is to study the polarity detection at the temperature,pH,UV intensity of three different treatment conditions. The results showed that Conidia germination rate can reach 90% at 26℃ with the optimum pH ranging of 6-7. When pH was 4 to 5, Beauveria bassiana mycelial grew well. It was the most suitable to produce Conidia when pH was 6. 0. The 280nm ultraviolet had the greater lethality to Conidia and caused the decreasing of virulence. Based on these results above,the best control effect is expected to achieve.
