摘要
遵循管理学、统计学的理论,制定了切合实际的三维指标体系和权重比值,并对上海某大型综合性医院临床科主任进行现场研究,结果充分展示了医院临床科主任队伍的总体、群体、个体现状,为医院决策者和管理者识才、选才、用才、育才提供了理论依据,为科主任充分认识自我、成为合格的管理者指明了方向。
The article describes: the formulation of a three = dimensional assessment indicators and weight coefficients system, and of a new concept about three - dimensional block diagram, on the basis of theories of management and statistics as well as the authors' work experience; worksite observation and assessment, using the said system and concept, of all the clinical directors of a large hospital in Shanghai, including their total, collective and individual situation; how hospital decision - makers therefrom carried out selection, employment, and development of talented.persons; and how the clinical directors and managers play their active, initiative, valuable roles in hospital services.
