犬传染性性病肿瘤的诊治 被引量:9

摘要 犬传染性性病肿瘤(CTVT)是感染犬和其他犬科成员外生殖器和黏膜的一种良性网状内皮细胞肿瘤,是热带和亚热带地区犬的外生殖器官上最流行的肿瘤。该病的病因比较复杂,目前公认的CTVT病因是来源于感染犬的细胞移植,即通过交配或舔咬等身体接触行为而使感染犬的异常肿瘤细胞移植到其他犬生殖器和黏膜上,感染犬主要的临床表现是出血以及出现菜花状肿瘤。本文通过数例临床病例,详述其病因和临床特征,并结合病理学变化对其进行确诊。所有病例均通过外科手术,结合注射犬用干扰素得以成功治愈,术后未发现肿瘤转移或复发现象。外科手术仍是本病首选的有效治疗手段。
