摘要
目的:临床观察胃癌癌区动-静脉血及其癌区组织、癌旁区粘膜和外周区正常粘膜中胃泌素的变化,探讨病人体内胃泌素变化的原因和意义。方法:采用放射免疫法测定26例胃癌患者癌区动-静脉血及其癌区组织、癌旁区粘膜和外周区正常粘膜中胃泌素水平。结果:胃癌癌区静脉血中胃泌素水平显著高于癌区动脉血(P<0.05)。胃窦部癌癌旁粘膜中胃泌素水平显著高于癌区组织和外周区正常粘膜(P<0.01),也显著高于胃体部癌癌旁区粘膜(P<0.01)。胃体部癌癌旁区粘膜中胃泌素水平显著高于癌区组织(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织能分泌和释放胃泌素,可能是导致静脉血中胃泌素水平升高的主要原因。癌旁区粘膜中胃泌素的增多可能在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective: The current study was designed to explore the reason and the significance of variation of gastrin in the patients with gastric cancer through clinical observation for the changes of gastrin in the arterial and venous blood of the cancer area and its cancer tissue, paracancer mucosas, and normal mucosas. Methods: The gastrin levels in the arterial and venous blood of the cancer area and its cancer tissues, paracancer mucosas, and normal mucosas by radioimmunoassay in 26 patients with gastric cancer. Results: The gastrin levels in the venous blood of the gastric cancer area were significantly higher than that in the arterial blood (P < 0. 05). The gastrin levels in the paracancer mucosas of the gastric sinus cancer were significantly higher than that in the cancer tissue and normal mucosas (P < 0. 01), and also significantly higher than that in the paracancer mucosas of the gastric body cancer (P < 0. 01 ). The gastrin levels in the paracancer mucosas of the gastric body cancer were significantly higher than that in the cancer tissue (P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The gastric cancer can secrete and release gastrin, it may be the major cause of vanous blood gastrin elevation. High gastrin levels were found in paracancer mucosas maybe play an important role in promoting the develoment of the gastric cancer.
